I've seen it happen before: Previously good artist gets hooked on something, the shop is closed because of it, the artist refuses to say why the shop was closed and continues tattooing without warning his clients of his problem. I only ask because of the errors that ended up happening even though the stencil was correct. It sounds like drugs to me, if his work went that bad.
